The CLARA Grant Office brings together researchers, project managers, and institutional partners to collaboratively develop competitive funding proposals and coordinate grant-related activities across the consortium. It supports the identification and strategic pursuit of national and European funding opportunities by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration within and beyond CLARA and providing tailored support to researchers throughout the proposal development process. It also serves as a space for training and capacity building, offering workshops, guidance, and shared resources to enhance expertise in grant writing and project management, as well as to promote best practices across the consortium. Through these activities, the CLARA Grant Office contributes to sustainable funding streams, enables strategic investments, strengthens CLARA partners’ participation and leadership in collaborative research consortia, and reinforces CLARA’s role as a leading center for collaborative research and excellence.
At the CLARA Grant Office, we welcome collaboration on joint projects and partnership opportunities with external partners. Our primary focus is on Horizon Europe, with particular emphasis on Cluster 1 (Health), Cluster 4 (Digital, Industry and Space) and the WIDERA programme (Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence).
